From Single Component to Strategic Partner
Gallinea, a leading company in marine components, tasked us with revamping the control board for their wiper systems. Through a Design-to-Cost approach, we redesigned the hardware from scratch: reduced footprint, optimized BOM, and lowered production costs—without compromising on the quality required for marine environments.
The modular firmware we developed made the system scalable across multiple configurations, accelerating time-to-market for each variant. The success of this project led Gallinea to select us as their technology partner for their onboard home automation division, expanding our collaboration to mechatronic systems for yachts, including motorized TV lifts and automated tables.
