Measurement systems tailored to your ambitions.
We develop complete measurement systems and testing machinery, integrating hardware, firmware, and PC software into a single, cohesive architecture.
We guarantee precision, repeatability, and data integrity throughout the entire analytical process.
In collaboration with external mechanical design partners, we deliver turnkey solutions from initial design through to maintenance, built for operation in complex industrial environments.
Integrated Architecture for the Next Generation of Optical Instrumentation
ADEngineering needed to completely overhaul its optical testing machinery—not just a simple replacement of components, but a ground-up redesign of the entire system architecture. The requirements were strict: surgical control of the light spectrum for photochromic lens testing, automated optical power measurement, and compliance with stringent industry standards. Quantic Innovations acted as a single technology partner, redesigning hardware, firmware, and analysis software into one cohesive solution.
At the heart of the project is a custom lighting system featuring 12 LED clusters designed to replicate the normative spectrum, paired with analysis software capable of optical laser point detection and automatic autofocus. The result: machines that execute testing fully automatically, minimizing human error and significantly extending operational lifespan thanks to complete electronics modernization.
How a Machinery Manufacturer Accelerated Time-to-Market by Months
A leader in industrial automation wanted to build a next-generation control system based on the ARM Cortex-M7 architecture, but preferred not to sink internal engineering resources into low-level complexities like high-frequency hardware design, HAL/Cube library instabilities, or driver debugging. Quantic Innovations proposed a streamlined approach: rather than building from scratch, we integrated our proprietary SODIMMF7 System-On-Module, designing only a custom carrier board tailored to their specific I/O configuration.
Along with the hardware, we delivered a fully validated Board Support Package—critical peripherals initialized, ST library bugs patched, and FreeRTOS pre-configured into stable operational tasks. This enabled the customer's software team to focus entirely on application logic, skipping months of low-level infrastructure debugging and launching the final product significantly ahead of schedule.
